ArenaNet has released a new trailer for Guild Wars 2 Living World Season 3 Episode 3 called "A Crack in the Ice". The next story episode is scheduled to launch November 21st.
Thus far Living World Season 3 has brought players to the Ring of Fire island chain where they uncover that the world of Tyria is facing a new dragon threat. Instead of facing one dragon, this time the continent is facing two dragons: Primordus and Jormag.
Living World Season 3 follows the aftermath of the game's first expansion Heart of Thorns: a flood of unbound magic, the rise of two Elder Dragons, and the birth of the dragon Glint’s child, Aurene.
In “A Crack in the Ice,” players will follow the story into the Northern Shiverpeaks, territory of the Elder Dragon Jormag. Along with “A Crack in the Ice” comes the new Nightmare fractal.
This five-person, instanced dungeon takes players on an upward climb through a massive tower, which is heavily guarded by powerful abominations and their toxic experiments.”
The game developer has also announced that Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns will be on sale until November 22nd. Players are able to purchase the game for $37.49 USD, a 50% discount.
Guild Wars 2 Living World Season 3 Episode 3 launches Monday, November 21st 2016.
