Bandai Namco has released 28 new screenshots of its upcoming Japanese role-playing game Code Vein. The game is expected to release later this year.
In the game players are Revenants, vampires that possess supernatural powers. Players must use their powers to fight their way through several dungeons.

Code Vein will feature a co-op buddy system that will allow players to to team up together. However, it is currently unknown whether this functionality is limited to offline play only.
The game runs on Unreal Engine 4 to power its visuals.
Code Vein is scheduled to release sometime later this year for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
