Naughty Dog has announced the sequel to popular action adventure game The Last of Us. The game is titled The Last of Us Part 2.
Not much is known about The Last of Us Part 2 but Sony did note that the game is running on an updated engine. The character Ellie will be making a return in the sequel.

The Last of Us Part 2 does not yet have a release date, but the game is expected to launch in the last quarter of 2017 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
